Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition – unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Shoe Care & Laces (if opened)
  • Items marked as final sale in our Warehouse collection
  • Personalized or custom-made products

Returnable Items Include: Boots, Booties, Sneakers, Chelsea boots, Lace-Up shoes, Leather items, Handbags, Belts, and Apparel following our standard policy.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information
