Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure the items are in their original condition – unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Shoe Care & Laces (opened products)
  • Items marked as final sale in our Warehouse collection
  • Personalized or custom-made products

All other products including Boots, Booties, Sneakers, Chelsea, Lace-Up, Leather items, Handbags, Belts, and Apparel can be returned or exchanged following our standard policy.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Confirmation & Processing
    Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
